Your TCC journey does not end once you have purchased your TCC Cricket bat. The story continues. I want you to feel assured in the post purchase experience; I want to provide a service that includes advice, guidance and repairs.
To assure you of the quality and reliability, I include 1 x free repair in the first season after purchase.
Bat repairs are not limited to our bats, but available to all bats and customers.

What can you expect?
1. Once you complete the Contact form, I will be in touch by email to arrange a call.
2. We will discuss your requirement, and confirm the details for sending your bat to be repaired.
3. You will receive confirmation and updates by email to keep you updated on progress.
To help start the process I ask you send photo's and/ or a video that I and the team of expert bat makers can use to understand your repair needs fully.
